Responsibilities

• As an Analyst at Code & Co., you will be responsible for a range of activities critical to the completion of the due diligence process.
• Together, we will work along the entire value chain, from project kick-off through report delivery. This includes working with our internal software tool Bionic as well as client and target exposure in workshops.
• Essentially, you will collaborate with us as a Tech and/or Product-focused Consultant, specializing in Tech & Product Due Diligence.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree in a technical field, such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics, or proven operational experience as an engineer, product manager, or (tech) entrepreneur.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English, and proficiency in German is highly valued. Proficiency in any additional language is considered a plus.
• An analytical mindset, critical thinking abilities, and exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• You are self-organized and can contribute fully remotely (we no longer have an office).
• You have a growth mindset. You see the opportunity in being an early-joiner at a dynamic, fast-growing organization with a global track record.
• You have grit and you deliver when it matters, on time and high quality.
• You have strong ethical values, can provide unbiased analysis aligned with investor hypotheses, and remain fair to the company's market, regulatory, product, team, and other realities.
• Previous experience in industries such as M&A or Tech Due Diligence is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
